Drink two litres of water a day to flush out toxins and keep your skin smooth.
Incorporate vitamin A (dark leafy greens and tomatoes), vitamin C (oranges and peppers) and fatty acids (salmon and walnuts) into your diet to reduce inflammation.
Avoid sugar if you’re prone to spots and steer clear of caffeine, which places stress on your hormones and dehydrates the skin.
