Calling all budding chefs! How does a private cook-along for TWO with Daniel Galmiche, hosted on Chefs For Foodies, in the comfort of your own home sound?

Daniel Galmiche is a world-renowned, multi-Michelin-Starred chef. His career has taken him all over the world including London, where he worked at the highly acclaimed Le Gavroche under the tutelage of Michel Roux. Galmiche is the author of the Revolutionary French Cookbook, French Brasserie Cookbook and his latest book, French Countryside Cooking. With short ingredients lists and straightforward guidance on how to perfect chef-level techniques, chapters include Orchard & Garden, Woodland, and River & Sea. Each recipe elevates French classics to sophisticated dishes such as lemongrass-skewered Prawns with sauce Vièrge.
