Every knife in the collection is different from the next yet all equally sustainable, with three shades of Durat (a recyclable material made from post-industrial waste) – lavender, dark grey and white used alongside English walnut veneer from FSC accredited suppliers layered with G.F Smith coloured paper on some of the handles.
