Cycling UK, the national cycling charity, want as many people as possible to get pedalling during Bike Week, from 30 May to June 5 – and to help you get kitted out, they have a voucher from top cycle-clothing brand Rapha to give away.

This year, Bike Week focuses on all the amazing ways cycling improves your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Anyone can take part – all you have to do is log your ride, however long or short, and share on social media using #7daysofcycling. You will also find lots of events, challenges, and competitions for all the family, so pump up those tyres and join the fun!
