Your microgreen grower kit is everything you need to grow microgreens in a kit, including monthly deliveries of seed, soil, and support. Microgreens are packed with nutrition but aren’t readily available in shops. Grow them on a windowsill and have fresh, delicious, nutritious greens that aren’t wrapped in plastic and don’t have to travel 4,000 miles.

It’s a brilliant activity to do with kids or for nutrition-conscious foodies, as you can easily harvest your microgreens from seven to 20 days after sowing. With micorgreens you will garnish like a pro, use as a vitamin packed raw vegetable side dish, or just grab as a snack, sandwich filler, or enjoy added to smoothies.

The wooden frame is hand made in the UK by an adult skills training charity.
