Stars descend for superhero game launch

Celebrities battled it out as their favourite superhero characters at the hotly anticipated Marvel’s Avengers game launch.

Virgin Media brought the action to Victoria House in London ahead of the game’s launch in May 2020 – and had a fab turn out of talent.

Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts and her Strictly Come Dancing star boyfriend Giovanni Pernice were among the VIPs that attended the glitzy event.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The superhero fans wore matching black turtleneck jumpers, with Ashley teaming her look with a bright pink trench coat and PVC leopard print trousers.

Other gamers on the evening included X Factor Celebrity contestant and former rugby player Thom Evans and Marvel mega-fan, model Jodie Kidd.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Presenter Laura Whitmore, Love Islanders Wes Nelson and Amber Gill, Nadia Rose, Nicola Adams and more were also in attendance.

The celebrities were treated to an immersive social experience, a theatre moment with a greeting from Marvel’s Avengers game developer Shaun Escayg.

They got close to costumes of Captain America, Iron Man, Black Widow, Thor, Hulk and newly revealed game protagonist Kamala Khan on display.
